Faith is my foundation bitch and my re-start to the world of working Border Collies. Since my old dogs are gone, she was the only Collie at home for a few years. She is very clever, friendly happy bitch, stylish at work and was an early starter. Although not fully trained, she knows some basic jobs around the flock and also starts with agility.
Faith is bred by Con McGarry and carries the lines of some of his best dogs – she is daughter of Con’s Tara, who is daughter to late Tip – probably the best dog Con ever had (his words) and my beloved pet and teacher in his retirement time. Faith is sired by Con’s star dog Karven Dave, who never put foot wrong either in trial field or at home during farmwork.

Gelli Rod ISDS 00/386193

Rod is tremendous young dog born in Wales. He is everything what you can ask working dog for – stylish hard working dog with plenty of stamina, who does not make difference if he is asked to move tups, ewes with lambs or cattle. In relation to people, he is happy friendly dog.

Rod is owned by Pat & Micheal Byrne in Co. Roscommon. He was a topper of the auction being priced £8700 and he is obviously worth of every penny! Not only he is fab working dog, but he breeds outstanding pups as well.

Rod is son of K. Evans’ Red Spot, who is known to produce some very quality dogs. His lines go back to R. Games’ and L.M. Howells’ dogs, also is doubled on R.F. M. Ellis’ Reserve Supreme Champion Mirk.
